Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This place exceeded our expectations. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, terraces offered breathtaking views, and the heated pool was perfect for relaxing. The cinema and gym kept teenagers busy. Staff were friendly and responsive, making the whole booking process seamless. Only minor note: the plunge pool can be chilly in the morning, but not a problem overall...... it can be heated fast. Highly recommended.

Spacious and elegant retreat
We loved the property. Indoor and outdoor areas are huge and beautifully furnished. Infinity pool, terraces, and garden offered plenty of relaxation. The private spa and cinema room were fantastic for the kids. Staff communication during booking was excellent. Nearby Playa Paraíso and local restaurants made exploration easy. A truly memorable stay.

Quick seaside escape
Lovely stay. Pool, terraces, and spa were highlights. Outdoor dining worked great for evening meals. Minor note: spa temperature was cooler than expected early in the day but the staff fixed so fast. Overall highly recommended.

Perfect family getaway
Our group of 11 felt very comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious, all with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. The living and dining areas were perfect for meals and relaxing together. Kids enjoyed the cinema and gym, while adults loved the spa. Booking went smoothly, and staff were helpful. Would definitely return.
