Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Fantastic villa in an incredible location- short walk to the town (although up a very steep hill incase anybody has mobility issues). The pool area was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing out there most days. The kitchen very well equipped and lovely sitting room to chill in out of the heat. The master bedroom is exquisite but it is worth noting two of the rooms are quite small and would be best suited for children rather than two adults. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay at beautiful villa.

We had a great stay at this villa with the whole family (ages of 3 to 70). Perfect location for getting out the explore the local area and further afield. Amazing set up and layout of the rooms and outside areas that made relaxing days at the villa enjoyable. Would love to return again soon

perfect holiday
Lovely villa, and lovely people to deal with, had small issue with the water which was the council not the property and owners were extremely reactive and helpful. Second time staying in this villa and couldn’t be better location wise to Santa Eulàlia, restaurants and supermarket.

Wonderful week in a bright modern villa
Spent a week here celebrating our anniversary with close friends and it ended up being the perfect choice. The open kitchen made breakfasts feel super relaxed and we often ate outside under the shade. The master bathroom was incredible with the big tub overlooking the pool. We walked to Sa Carboneria one night and had a great meal. The agency arranged an early check-in for us which was appreciated. Peaceful area, beautiful house, and easy access to everything.

Great setup for two families
We came with another family and the bedroom layout worked perfectly since we each had our own floor. The downstairs twin room was great for the grandparents. Loved the outdoor space, especially in the evenings with the soft lighting and the pool right there. Kids used the Apple TV for movies and the adults enjoyed longer dinners on the terrace. Short walk to the centre made everything simple. Would stay here again for sure.

Relaxing and very convenient location
We were a group of friends looking for something close to town but still quiet, and this villa delivered exactly that. Plenty of room for everyone, nice mix of balconies and terraces, and the master suite was honestly amazing. We cooked a few dinners at home and used the BBQ one night. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, and Santa Eulalia beach was great for morning swims. Loved the bright, airy vibe of the whole place.

Smooth check-in and relaxing stay
Booking was fast and the team answered a couple of questions before arrival which helped a lot. House was clean, beds were comfy and the outdoor sofa became our favourite spot. Great location for walking everywhere.

Lovely stay in Santa Eulalia
We stayed a few days as a family and really liked how bright the house felt. The pool area was perfect in the afternoons and the walk to the marina was super easy. Bedrooms were comfy and quiet at night.
