Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed here with my siblings and partners for a week and we all agreed it was one of the nicest setups we’d had. Everyone had their own bathroom which avoided any morning chaos. The two lounges helped a lot when some wanted movies and others just wanted a quiet corner. Played a lot of table tennis and even used the BBQ on the rooftop one night. The agency sent us a welcome pack with water and snacks which was a thoughtful touch.

Beautiful week in Cala Vadella
We came as a group of friends celebrating a birthday and this villa was honestly the perfect choice. Plenty of space so nobody felt crowded, two living rooms which helped when half wanted games and the rest just wanted to relax. Walked to the beach every morning for a swim, then spent afternoons by the heated pool. The rooftop dinners at sunset were amazing. The agency checked in before arrival and arranged a taxi for us, which made things simple. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a mixed group
We were two families and the layout worked amazingly. Kids loved the games room, adults loved the terraces. The beach being so close meant no stress with planning. Quiet at night, super relaxing stay overall.

Great spot for our family trip
We stayed a week with the kids and honestly loved how easy everything felt. Walked to Cala Vadella daily, the water was perfect. The villa had plenty of space and the pool being warm was a big bonus. Would happily come back.
