Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our first time booking through this agency and everything went smoothly. They answered a question about heating the jacuzzi within minutes. The villa itself is stylish but still feels warm and homey. We had a couple of windy days so we hung out inside the living area and opened the big doors once the sun came back out. A highlight was watching the sunset from the upper terrace. Would definitely return.

Magical place for a special trip
We chose this villa to celebrate my partner’s birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The terrace setup made dinners feel really special, and the pool was warm enough to use even in the evening. We took one afternoon to explore Dalt Vila and grab lunch in town but spent the rest of the time just relaxing up here in the hills. It feels private without being isolated. The whole stay felt easy and peaceful from start to finish.

Relaxing stay with incredible views
We came as a small family and loved how calm the whole area felt. Most days we just chilled by the infinity pool while the kid splashed around on the steps. One morning we drove to Playa d’en Bossa and spent a few hours there, but honestly the villa was so nice that staying in felt just as good. Kitchen was simple to use, showers had great pressure, and the terraces had shade when we needed it. Loved waking up to those views.

Peaceful hideaway
Loved how private the villa felt. We’d swim in the infinity pool in the morning and head to Salinas later on. Evenings on the terrace were super calm. Perfect spot for a quiet break away from the noise.

Dreamy views all day
Stayed here for a long weekend and honestly the view never got old. We spent hours just sitting by the pool doing nothing. Super quiet spot but still an easy drive to town. Bedrooms were comfy and waking up to that sea view was unreal.
