Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We celebrated my partner’s birthday here and it really felt like the right choice. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, and the terraces gave us plenty of spots to sit with a drink and enjoy the view of the hills. One day we took a short drive to the golf club while the rest stayed back enjoying the pool. We asked the agency to help with a private chef for one dinner and the meal was outstanding. A place we’d happily return to.

Amazing outdoor spaces
We were a big group of 12 and never felt crowded. The terraces were huge and perfect for long breakfasts. One evening we booked a chef and he cooked using veggies from the garden - really nice touch.

Incredible retreat-style house
Our group booked this villa for a mix of rest and remote work. The bright interiors were perfect for that. Mornings were usually spent on the terraces or at the yoga deck, and afternoons by the pool. A couple of us took a trip to the hippy market while others stayed behind relaxing in the shade. The fresh produce delivered daily from the garden was such a bonus. Everything felt thoughtful and warm, not just luxurious.

A beautiful villa surrounded by nature
We came for a relaxed holiday and this villa felt like a small world of its own. Waking up with the garden views and grabbing oranges from the orchard became our little routine. The kitchen was great for group meals and we often ate outside under the lanterns. Took a short drive to Ca’n Cosmi one night and had a great dinner. The property manager answered quickly when we had a small question about the heating. Truly peaceful and very comfortable.

Calm and inspiring place

Perfect stay for our family gathering
We spent a full week here with three generations and it couldn’t have been easier. Bedrooms were spread out nicely so everyone had privacy. Most days we chilled by the infinity pool and the younger ones played on the bocce court. One afternoon we visited Las Dalias and came back to cook dinner using fresh herbs from the garden. Booking was smooth, and the team reached out before arrival with a few local suggestions. Loved the whole atmosphere of the place.
