The main living space includes a generous dining area, a comfortable lounge with sofas and satellite TV, and a modern open-type kitchen with a central island, fully equipped for self-catering stays. A courtesy toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor.
The villa offers four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with direct access to the terrace and garden. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Really quiet neighbourhood but still close to everything. Spent hours by the pool and used the BBQ twice. Rooms on the ground floor opening to the garden were super handy.

Loved the outdoor spaces and privacy
We came as a family group and the villa worked perfectly. The garden is quiet, pool water felt great, and we used the outdoor dining table almost every day. Bedrooms on both floors gave everyone enough privacy. One rainy afternoon we stayed inside watching movies and it felt really cosy. The location is ideal-close to Ibiza Town but still peaceful. Airport transfer arranged through the agency made arrival super easy.

Relaxing holiday in a beautiful home
Stayed here with another couple and had such a calm week. Woke up every day to sunshine on the upper terrace and usually ended the evenings there too. The villa feels clean and modern without being over the top. We walked to a few nearby restaurants and also did a couple of beach days at S’Estanyol. Contact with the agency was friendly and quick when we had questions about towels. Would definitely stay again.

amazing villa
We booked this villa for a birthday trip and it was ideal. The open living area made it easy for everyone to hang out, and the bedrooms being all en-suite kept things simple. Most afternoons we chilled by the pool, then walked to Jesús for dinner. One evening we used the upstairs terrace for a small celebration and the view over Ibiza Town was amazing. Booking process was smooth and we were sent a few local tips that really helped.

Super comfortable for our group

Loved the rooftop views

Peaceful escape with amazing outdoor space
My partner and I stayed with another couple and this place was exactly what we needed. The house is bright and comfortable, nothing over the top, just easy living. The upper terrace became our sunset spot every day. We didn’t drive much because restaurants and the coast were so close. Pool area is gorgeous and has lots of space to relax. We had one small question about the AC and the agency responded within minutes. Would recommend without hesitation.
