Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our whole family came together here, including grandparents, and everyone loved it. We used the pool every day, did a few BBQ nights, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for big meals. The agency arranged our airport transfers and left a small welcome pack which was a nice touch. Plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor space, and a very warm, homey feeling throughout.

Relaxing week in a beautiful setting
It was our first time renting such a large property and it ended up being one of our best holidays. The main house feels bright and airy, and the separate rooms gave us the privacy we needed. We cooked meals daily in the kitchen and ate outside under the lights almost every night. One afternoon we ended up doing a ping-pong mini tournament in the garden. Loved the calm atmosphere and the easy drive to Cala Jondal.

Amazing villa for large families
We stayed here with two families and a couple of friends, around 12 of us, and it was honestly perfect. Kids ran around the big garden all day while we relaxed by the pool or in the shaded lounge. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms, so no chaos. We drove to Sant Josep a few evenings for dinner since it’s super close. The agency also shared some beach tips before arrival which helped a lot.

Loved the peaceful vibe
The villa felt private and calm, with nice views and lots of space. Kitchen was simple to use and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Great base if you wanna explore several beaches.

Chill and comfy
Very easy-going place, big rooms and comfy beds. We spent most evenings outside doing BBQs. Location worked great for us because we could reach Sant Josep in minutes for groceries or cafes.
