Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Travelled with my parents and siblings and everyone had plenty of space. The twin rooms were perfect for the younger ones. Kitchen was easy to use and the garden felt really private. One afternoon we just stayed in, cooked together and spent hours around the pool. Beach is super close-literally a short walk. Booking was smooth and I liked that the agency checked in mid-week to see if everything was ok. Felt very taken care of.

Great spot for a relaxed friends trip
Four of us stayed for a week and really appreciated the peaceful area. We tried a couple of nearby restaurants and even walked to the hippy market one day. The villa feels airy with big windows and comfy beds, and the pool is honestly nicer in person than in photos. We used the upstairs terrace a lot at night just to hang out and chat. Asked the agency for help renting a scooter and they sorted it quickly. No complaints at all.

Beautiful setting and such an easy holiday
We came as two couples with kids and the villa layout worked perfectly since every room has its own bathroom. Mornings we usually walked down to Cala Pada, then spent long afternoons by the pool under the olive tree shade. Evenings on the top terrace were our favourite part-quiet, breezy, and with beautiful sea views. Agency was helpful before arrival, sending us a few local tips that turned out great. Would happily come back.

Peaceful villa in a great spot
Really liked how calm the area felt. We’d grab breakfast at a beach bar a few minutes away and then take a dip in the pool. Check-in was straightforward and communication with the agency was easy.

Perfect for a chilled family week

Amazing stay by the sea
We loved waking up and walking down to the little cove nearby. The villa felt super calm and bright. Kids spent hours in the pool. Agency helped us with a taxi one night which saved us some stress.
