Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We chose the villa because it was central, and it really delivered. Bars, supermarkets, restaurants… literally minutes away, but the street itself felt calm. We spent mornings by the pool and most evenings walking down to watch the sunset. The master bedroom on the ground floor was handy for my mother. Simple, clean, and practical layout. Agency replied fast when we had a question about the BBQ.

Fun group holiday in San Antonio
Booked the villa for a group of eight and it worked great. Plenty of room, good kitchen, and the living area was perfect for hanging out before going into town. The tennis court ended up being the highlight - we had mini tournaments in the evenings. Pool was warm enough for late dips. Loved that we could walk everywhere and didn’t rely on taxis. Booking process was smooth and quick, no issues at all.

Perfect mix of comfort and location
We spent a week here as two small families and honestly the location made everything so easy. We’d walk to the beach in the mornings, grab coffee on the way back, then relax by the pool all afternoon. The villa had a nice traditional feel but was fully equipped and the AC kept the rooms cool at night. The agency helped us arrange an airport transfer which saved us a bit of hassle. Great place if you want everything within reach.

Super convenient location
Didn’t need a car at all. Shops, bars, beach… all a short walk. Villa felt simple but comfortable, and we had plenty of space. Pool area got sun most of the day which was ideal.

Great villa for a fun week
We stayed here with friends and loved how close everything was. Walked to the marina most nights. The pool was clean, beds comfy, and AC worked well. Tennis court was a fun bonus we didn’t expect to use so much.
