Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a pre-wedding celebration and it couldn’t have been more ideal. Tons of space, good AC, comfy beds and that huge pool area where we spent 90% of our time. The Jacuzzi was a fun bonus. We did one big dinner outside and the sunset was beautiful. Having a bathroom by the pool was super useful with a big group. The place felt safe and private, and Jesús is such a convenient area. Would totally return for another celebration.

Perfect for our retreat
Booked it for a wellness group. Quiet area, plenty of bedrooms and the outdoor dining space fit us all easily. Loved the yoga sessions on the terrace in the mornings.

Perfect villa for a team trip
Came with my colleagues for a work + chill week. Wi-Fi was strong everywhere and having different lounges made it easy for people to take calls. We used the big table outside for meals and even a few brainstorming sessions. Pool was warm enough to use daily and the loungers were super comfy. The area is quiet but Ibiza Town is just minutes away. Great balance between work and relaxation, and the agency was quick with our questions.

Great setup for mixed friends group
We were a mix of couples and singles and the bedroom layout made everything simple - some had terraces, some took the studios, everyone was happy. We grilled almost every night and the sunset views from the upper terrace were unreal. The big fridges and two coffee machines helped a lot. Short drive to Talamanca for beach days. Really comfortable stay with lots of space to chill without stepping on each other’s toes.

Amazing stay for our big family holiday
We were 18 people and honestly the villa handled us better than expected. Two kitchens made meals easy and we used the outdoor dining table almost every night. The studios were perfect for the older kids who wanted their own space. Pool area was spotless and we spent most afternoons there. Agency sent clear check-in instructions and even helped arrange taxis for a night out in Ibiza Town. Would definitely book again for another family gathering.

Great place for a big group
We stayed here for a birthday trip and it worked perfectly. Loads of space, comfy rooms, and the pool area was our main hangout. Loved the sunset spot upstairs.
