Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Wow, the place exceeded all expectations! We were a group of 8, and it was the perfect size for us. The outdoor spaces are so stylish, we spent every evening outside having dinner with the best views. The beach is just a short walk, and there’s so much to do around the area. Big thanks to the agency for arranging everything for us - the whole process was super easy and stress-free.

Perfect location, amazing villa!
We had the best family vacation here! The villa is in a perfect location-quiet, but close enough to all the best spots like Cala Jondal and Ibiza Town. The views from the pool are just breathtaking. The house itself is luxurious, with everything we needed and more. It was just the right balance of privacy and convenience. Can’t wait to come back.

Such a peaceful retreat!
This spacious villa is a hidden gem. It’s close to the beach and everything you need, but still offers total peace and privacy. The house is beautifully designed with a great layout. The outdoor terrace was the best place to relax with friends and enjoy the sea breeze. Can't recommend it enough!

Amazing villa for a Relaxing Stay
Had a fantastic time at this getaway! The villa is stunning, the minimalist design makes everything feel so fresh and clean. The bedrooms were super comfy, and the bathrooms felt like a spa! We spent so much time by the pool and loved the views. The team was super helpful, and the concierge really made everything easy. Definitely coming back next year!

Relaxing, fantastic villa
Alba is a great host and made everybody within the party feel extremely welcome from the start. He was quick to respond to any questions and made sure everybody was comfortable. The villa itself is set within the mountains with an amazing view of the surrounding forests and the sea. It's well equipped and finished to a very high specification. The villa would be well suited to families or groups of friends looking for a quiet stay in a luxury villa.

Stunning house with sumptuous rooms in beautiful sourroundings
The holiday home is a beautiful house with a large bedrooms, terrace and amazing views. It has very comfortable bedrooms, each with a private, sumptuous en-suite bathroom. Every room has it's own private entrance so the house works perfectly for families and groups who want a bit of separate space, as well as being together. The kitchen is welcoming and well equipped and the communal areas such as the lounge, chillout and terraces are all perfectly designed for relaxation. We also loved the walled garden and fenced off pool because it was safe for children to run around. This is quite unusual for these types of luxury properties in Ibiza. We have already booked our next visit. It was a winner and everyone in the group simply loved the house and felt very safe there.

Lovely villa
We were three families with young children staying at this holiday spot together. We were greeted the villa staff when we arrived and visited regularly throughout our stay with fresh vegetables, eggs from the chickens and little treats for the children. The village of Sa Caleta is very sweet and the locals friendly and welcoming. The pottery and tavernas within walking distance of the villa were also lovely. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a slice of village life in Ibiza, with access to the main attractions.

Out of this world
I have done glorious and grand holidays many a time yet this one takes it to the next level. We were 8 people and upon arrival to this paradise every bed was made with love and towels shampoo and a brand new pair of slippers were waiting for every guest!!!! The villa is huge the grounds are beyond magnificent and the view of the see all around is stunning!words and pictures do not do this place justice!!! The staff were waiting to greet us with a bottle of champagne and a welcome pack. The gardener comes and cleans the pool and does the garden maintenance every day and takes out all the rubbish too!! Overall te very very place pretty modern fully equipped place to stay with the best test of hosts!!!
