Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Family of five adults staying for a week in mid May. Casa Rosita has everything you need, modern but with traditional elements. Perfect location, 30 seconds from the beach and twenty five mins along the coastal path to Santa Euralia. First time to Ibiza and we would definitely come again. Great communication with property manager who have thought of every guest requirement. The pool was lovely and an ideal size for our many lilo races. Area was lovely and clean with many great restaurants and bars plus great clothing shops. We will miss it when we return home. Thank you

Fabulous villa for an easy, relaxing holiday
We loved the villa - brilliant combination of style and practicality. Plenty of space for our group of 5. This is a very thoughtfully equipped holiday house - from herbs, spices and oil stashed in the kitchen to sufficient dishwasher tablets and plenty of loo roll to last beyond our stay! Outside, the property is beautiful and peaceful, especially around the pool area. The pool is a fantastic size for swimming lengths or just cooling down and playing around; we also really appreciated the 3 parasols for shade. The beach is a stroll away and has 3 restaurant/cafe options which our teenagers enjoyed escaping to! We also enjoyed the very picturesque walk along the coast to the next beach up where we enjoyed brunch with a view. Ibiza town is just a 30 minute drive away for livelier activities. The owners met us on check in and check out and were lovely and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

A great choice for a simple beach holiday
We wanted something close to the sea but still peaceful, and this villa checked all the boxes. Spent most days between the pool and the beach, and evenings in the garden eating or just chatting. Having a mix of double and twin rooms made the sleeping arrangements easy for our group. Tried Donde Marian y Miguel one evening based on a local tip and it was excellent. Loved the natural surroundings around the house.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting
Stayed here as a group of mixed ages and everyone had plenty of space. I loved the quiet upstairs terrace, especially early in the morning. The kitchen was easy to use and we grilled outside a couple of nights. We also walked into town once, but usually stayed close because the beach was right there. The agency answered quickly when we asked about late check-out, which helped a lot. Overall a very chilled week.

Perfect family spot near Niu Blau
We spent a week here with our two kids and my sister, and the setup suited us perfectly. The pool had that shallow bit which was ideal for the little ones, and the garden felt super private with all the trees around. Mornings were easy since we just walked to the beach with towels and came back for lunch on the terrace. The house isn’t fancy but it’s comfortable and had everything we needed. Really warm, homely vibe.

Lovely stay in a calm area
Came with friends and the place worked well for all of us. Bedrooms were comfy and we liked the mix of sun and shade around the pool. Also tried the restaurant nearby and it was really good.

Peaceful beachside break
We stayed a few days with the kids and loved being so close to Niu Blau. The house felt homely, lots of space and the pool was great in the afternoons. Quiet area and easy walk to a couple of restaurants.
