Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We liked how calm the street was even though everything is close. Mornings were usually spent by the pool, then beach or marina in the afternoon. The master suite is huge and the bath was a nice surprise. Our favourite part was eating outside under the lights-felt really cosy. We asked the agency about taxis for a day trip and they sorted it quickly. House was clean and felt very homely.

Comfortable villa with plenty of privacy
Came with my partner and another couple. Everyone had their own space which was nice. The upstairs twin room with the small balcony was my favourite spot for morning coffee. Living room is comfy, AC works well, and the pool area gets good sun. We cooked inside a couple of nights and everything we needed was there. Booking with the agency was easy-they even checked in mid-week to see if we needed anything.

Relaxing place to disconnect

Great family villa in a perfect spot
We stayed here with our kids and really enjoyed the mix of quiet and convenience. The beach is a short walk, and the town centre is close enough for dinners out. The master suite upstairs is beautiful, especially the big terrace where we watched the sunset. Pool is the right size for relaxing and the outdoor dining area was where we spent most evenings. The agency helped arrange a taxi on departure which made things easier.

Perfect for a group trip

Loved the pool area
