Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of friends here to enjoy Ibiza but didn’t want to stay in an apartment block, so this villa was perfect. Plenty of space to hang out, and the terrace got shade in the late afternoon which was ideal after the beach. One rainy morning we just stayed inside drinking coffee and playing cards in the living room. Everything was within walking distance which kept costs low. Super handy, comfortable villa for the area.

Amazing week in Ibiza
We booked last minute and honestly didn’t know what to expect, but the villa turned out great. Bedrooms were simple but comfortable, and the main kitchen made cooking breakfast easy before heading to Caló des Moro. Some nights we stayed in and grilled by the pool, other times we walked to Café del Mar for sunset. The living room was nice for winding down after long days. No noise issues either even though it's central. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a mixed group
We were three couples and a pair of friends, and the villa worked surprisingly well for everyone. The two floors gave privacy, and we ended up using the outdoor kitchen way more than expected. One evening we grabbed food from a nearby pizza place and ate by the pool watching people walk by on their way to the Strip. The agency sent us check-in details early and answered fast when we asked about late checkout. Great stay, great vibes, and the location couldn’t be more convenient.

Ideal location
Beach 5 mins, Sunset Strip just a walk away. House had everything we needed and we enjoyed dinners by the pool. Booking process with the agency was smooth too.

Loved the pool area

Great spot for our group
We stayed a week and loved how close everything was. Beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon, no need for taxis at all. Villa was comfy and the outdoor kitchen got a lot of use. Perfect base for San Antonio.
