Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We picked this villa because we wanted something quiet but still modern, and it delivered. The bedrooms were super comfortable with good AC, and the SONOS speakers were a nice touch for chilled evenings. We used the BBQ a couple of times and loved the big terraces. One day we stayed in and watched a film in the cinema room during the heat. Booking was simple and the welcome pack was handy after the flight. Overall a proper peaceful stay.

A very calm and elegant villa
We stayed for a birthday trip and it felt like the ideal place to disconnect. The design is clean and stylish without feeling too formal. Mornings started with coffee on the terrace looking at the coast, then we’d head out to Cala Llonga or just stay by the pool. Had one cooler night and used the cinema room which was honestly amazing. Appreciated how safe and quiet the area was, especially at night.

Perfect mix of comfort and privacy
We came as a group of six and the layout with the guest house worked great for us. My sister’s family used that part while we took the main house, and everyone had space. We spent most afternoons around the warm infinity pool just watching the sea. The kitchen was super handy for simple dinners and the terrace caught a nice breeze in the evenings. The agency also answered quickly when we asked about heating the pool, which helped plan our week.

Great setup for two families
The guest house made our trip super easy since my parents had their own space. Kids enjoyed the pool and we used the BBQ twice. Quiet, safe area and close to Cala Llonga.
