The main house offers five bedrooms across two levels. The upper floor hosts two expansive en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private terrace where guests can wake up to magnificent sunrise and sea views. On the pool-level/main terrace floor, a large open-plan living and dining area flows naturally out to the outdoor spaces, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and three additional bedrooms served by two bathrooms. This thoughtful distribution ensures comfort, privacy, and plenty of room for groups to spread out and relax.
Adjacent to the main property is an independent apartment featuring three further bedrooms and one bathroom-ideal for guests seeking extra privacy, staff, or extended family members. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place for a joint family holiday and couldn’t have picked a better setting. The bedrooms were set up in a way that gave everyone their own space, especially with the independent apartment for the late-night crew. Most afternoons were spent on the pool terrace since the panoramic views were something you never get used to. A few of us used the small gym in the mornings while others preferred long walks around the hilltop paths. Evenings were magical - cooking outside, music playing softly, and watching the lights of Ibiza Town in the distance. The team helped arrange a private transfer from the airport and gave us great tips for restaurants, especially in Marina Botafoch, which made planning super easy. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

A week that flew by way too fast
Our group of 14 stayed for a celebration and this villa handled us comfortably without ever feeling crowded. Mornings were usually quiet on the upper terraces with coffee, then everyone drifted down to the pool. The outdoor kitchen made dinners easy and we used the barbecue more than expected. One day we drove to Talamanca and another to Figueretas, but honestly the views from the house were better. The agency helped us book a couple of activities, including kayaking near Cala Llonga, and it all went smoothly.

Perfect for a big family gathering
We came as a mix of adults, teens and a couple of younger kids and the amount of space was a dream. The separate apartment worked great for the cousins who wanted their own corner. Loved having breakfast on the terrace while watching the early boats near Santa Eulalia. Daily cleaning was a great bonus.

amazing ibiza holiday
We stayed for a full week with kids, grandparents and cousins, and the villa made everything easy. The apartment downstairs meant the early risers didn’t wake the rest of us. Amazing stay with breathtaking scenery
We booked the villa for a multi-family holiday and the layout worked perfectly. Some of us stayed in the main house, others in the apartment, and no one ever felt cramped. Incredible hilltop views
