The exterior greets you with a bright and inviting outdoor area complete with a private pool, sunbathing zones, and a charming sheltered dining and barbecue area-perfect for relaxed alfresco meals. The garden and poolside setting create a wonderful environment for spending long summer days outdoors.
Inside, you enter through a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The living room is well-equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod docking station, and air conditioning, offering a cozy space for gathering after a day at the beach. The adjoining kitchen includes everything needed for a self-catered holiday: gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine.
On the ground floor, you will find two of the villa's six bedrooms: - a double bedroom with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes - a single bedroom also with built-in wardrobes This level also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where more space, light, and views await. At the top of the stairs is a bar area opening onto a large terrace designed around the villa's bay window. From here, you can enjoy sweeping views of Ibiza Town and the sea-an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The remaining four bedrooms are located on this level: - an air-conditioned master bedroom filled with natural light and featuring its own private sea-view terrace - a double bedroom with its own private terrace - two single bedrooms, each with wardrobes, and one with air conditioning A second large bathroom serves this floor.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We chose this villa because we didn’t want to rent a car, and it turned out perfect. We walked to a couple of local bars, grabbed breakfast nearby, and took a short taxi ride to Ibiza Port one night. The villa had plenty of room so nobody felt crowded. The pool was nice and private, and the terrace had lovely views, especially in the late afternoon. The agency helped us with airport transfers and that saved us time. Would definitely stay again for the location alone.

Good mix of space and location
Three couples stayed here for a short break and we were surprised how quiet the area felt considering how close it is to Bossa. The living room opened straight to the terrace, so mornings were super relaxed. We used the upstairs bar area a lot before heading out in the evenings. Bedrooms were not luxury-style but totally fine, clean and comfortable. One afternoon we ordered groceries and cooked a big meal using the BBQ area. Overall a chill, comfortable stay.

Family trip that worked really well
Came with two kids and my sister’s family, and the layout made sense for us. Ground-floor rooms were handy for my parents, and the teens used the upstairs bedrooms. We cooked almost every night and ate outside under the covered dining area. The pool got sun most of the day, and the garden felt safe for the little ones. We also walked to Cardona Restaurant one evening and had a great meal. Booking process was simple and communication was quick. Very easy-going holiday home.

Relaxed stay close to town
We spent a full week here as a group of friends and honestly enjoyed how easy everything was. Beaches and Ibiza Town were super close, but the villa still felt calm once we got back. The upper terrace became our favourite spot for sunsets, and the kitchen made breakfasts quick. One day we just stayed by the pool with music and snacks. The agency answered fast when we asked about early check-in, which made arrival smooth. Great place if you want convenience without noise.

Great base near everything
We stayed a few nights before flying home and loved how close it was to Playa d’en Bossa. Rooms were simple but comfy, and the terrace upstairs had a great breeze in the evening. Pool area was perfect to chill after long beach days.
