Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Nothing fancy, just a really good place to unwind. Pool was great, plenty of sun loungers, and the house stayed cool even in the afternoon. Great base for exploring the north.

Perfect base for exploring northern Ibiza
We came as a small family group and liked that the villa wasn’t cluttered-very easy-going, bright and practical. The pool got sun most of the day and evenings were lovely on the terrace. We spent one day hiking nearby trails, another at Talamanca. The kitchen made meal prep super easy and the bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of natural light. A great pick if you want a peaceful base but still want to visit both beaches and villages.

Quiet getaway we really needed
My partner and I booked this villa after a busy work period and it was exactly the calm break we hoped for. The house had this airy, minimalist vibe that instantly relaxed us. We had breakfast outside every morning and sometimes didn’t even leave the villa until late afternoon. Took a drive to Santa Eulalia one day for lunch by the marina. Honestly a perfect slow-paced holiday. Appreciated how quickly the agency replied when we had a question about the AC.

Great villa for a small group of friends
Four of us booked the place for a birthday trip and it really worked. The pool area was where we spent most of our days, just relaxing, reading and planning where to drive next. The bedrooms were comfy and the showers had good pressure. We tried La Paloma a couple of nights since it was so close. The booking part was really smooth and the team gave us a few good tips on beaches. Would totally come back.

Relaxing family week in the north
We stayed here with our two kids and loved the quiet area. The villa felt new and very bright, and the open-plan living room made it easy for everyone to hang out. We cooked a few evenings and ate outside in the chill-out space. One day we drove to Benirrás for the sunset and it was amazing. Agency sent us a small welcome pack which was a nice touch. Perfect if you want simple comfort without being surrounded by crowds.

Great spot for a chill break

Calm and comfy stay
Stayed here for a long weekend and honestly loved how quiet the area felt. The villa was bright and simple, beds were comfy, and mornings by the pool were perfect. We walked to La Paloma one night and it was such a nice vibe.
