Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Before arriving we asked for a baby cot and highchair and everything was set up already when we got there. They also pointed us to a couple restaurants near the marina that turned out great. The house itself worked well for us: lots of natural light, a kitchen that was easy to use, and a porch where we spent half the trip. Pool had a good depth for adults and the kids stayed mostly in the shallow part. Marina location was a win.

Family holiday that went really well
We booked this place because of the marina view and it didn’t disappoint. My parents loved sitting outside in the evenings while we grilled. Kids alternated between the pool and Cala Esmeralda, both super easy to reach. Bedrooms stayed cool at night thanks to the AC. The washing machine was useful since we stayed 9 nights. Area felt safe and we walked home after dinner without issues. Would come back for sure.

Week in Cala d’Or with friends
Came with two friends and we split the bedrooms easily. We’d start most days with coffee on the porch because the marina looked amazing in the morning light. Walked to Cala d’Or beach a couple times and grabbed lunch nearby. House was simple but comfy to live in, and the kitchen had everything for cooking breakfast or quick dinners. Pool was bigger than expected and got sun for most of the day. Good stay overall.

Good choice for families
We spent most days jumping between the pool and Cala Gran. Walked everywhere, even for groceries. House had AC in all rooms which helped a lot at night.

Marina view gem
Stayed here with my sister and her kids and honestly the porch was our fav spot. Watching the boats in the evening felt unreal. Pool was clean and deep enough for proper swims.
