Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our group of eight stayed for six nights and every day felt different in the best way. Some mornings a few of us walked toward Costa Adeje Golf just to enjoy the quiet paths, while others stayed back by the heated pool to sunbathe. The master bedroom had a calm vibe with its own bathroom, and the twin rooms suited the kids perfectly. We cooked several meals in the big kitchen and ate outside most evenings because the breeze was great at sunset. One day we drove up toward Teide for a short hike and came back exhausted, so we ordered food from a local restaurant in La Caleta that the property manager recommended - turned out amazing. The villa was spotless, towels were fresh, and the agency checked in once to be sure everything was going well without feeling intrusive.

Lovely villa
We came as two families and the layout worked perfectly, especially with the basement bedroom giving the teenagers a bit of independence. Mornings usually started with coffee overlooking the pool, then we’d head out to Playa del Duque for a swim or walk along the promenade. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and the barbecue became our go-to for dinners. One evening the agency arranged a quick taxi transfer to Siam Park for us, which made everything smoother.

Great mix of comfort and space for everyone
Spent a week here with friends and really appreciated how easy it was to move between the pool, garden, and living room. We used the outdoor dining area almost every night. Excellent family holiday. So good, I waited until I had rebooked for next year prior to posting review. Ilaria and Samilt provided first class advice and assistance. Walked to restaurant at night and local taxi home. Used internet shopping service for food supplies. Used quality gas bbq when we decided to have dinner at villa. Looking forward to next year!

A lovely villa, well equipped and clean, nice pool and plenty of loungers. AC where needed and a lovely balcony to the master bedroom as well. Good location 20 minutes from Tenerife South airport, secure parking below the property too. Great communication and response from the agents too.
