The villa is spread over two levels. On the upper level, guests will find the main living room and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features an XL double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and twin sinks, and direct terrace access with sea and golf course views. The second bedroom, designed for children, includes two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and twin sinks, and terrace access with the same spectacular vistas.
The ground floor offers a street-level entrance with parking for up to five vehicles, a large living room opening directly onto the pool area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. A covered terrace with dining for ten, a separate chill-out area, and an outdoor shower provide ample opportunities for relaxation. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a group getaway and it honestly exceeded everything we hoped for. The open layout made it easy for all ten of us to hang out without feeling crowded. Mornings were usually slow, breakfast on the terrace, then some would head to the heated pool while the rest walked down to the beach. One afternoon we asked for help arranging a private chef dinner and it was such a good call. The kids loved the little sand area and the adults ended up spending evenings chatting on the chill-out terrace watching the lights of Costa Adeje. The whole week felt effortless.

Calm days and long evenings outside
Spent a week here with family and friends and the place was perfect for us. The terraces were where we lived most of the time, just spreading out in the sun or having late dinners outdoors. Kids used the playground a lot, while we took turns in the Jacuzzi. Location was great for getting to La Caleta for fresh fish in the evenings.

Such a peaceful escape above the coast

Wow, just wow!
