The property includes a private garden, heated outdoor pool, barbecue, outdoor dining area, balcony overlooking the pool, fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. Laundry and utility rooms are available in the basement, along with the fifth bedroom, ideal for children or babysitters.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a family trip and stayed for eight nights. The layout really worked for us because the basement bedroom was great for the kids, while the rest of us used the upper floors. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate outside most evenings. La Caleta was only a short drive away, and we ended up going twice for dinner. The heated pool stayed warm even on a windy day, and towels and linens were all clean and fresh when we arrived.

Great villa near the golf course
Came with a group of friends for a golf-focused week and the location couldn’t have been better. Being just steps from Costa Adeje Golf made early tee times easy. Afternoons were spent around the pool or doing BBQs on the terrace. Rooms were comfy and the AC helped a lot during warm evenings.

Loved the calm vibe and the pool area
We stayed here with our family of ten and loved how quiet the area felt. Most days we split time between the heated pool and little trips to Playa del Duque. The villa had plenty of space and the garden was perfect for slow mornings.

Fantastic Family Getaway
This retreatsabella was the ideal choice for our family vacation. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodated our group of 10. The private heated outdoor pool and garden were a hit with everyone. The villa's location offers sea views and is perfect for golf enthusiasts, as it's just a stone's throw away from the golf course. The basement laundry room and fifth bedroom with its own bathroom were particularly convenient. The nearby beaches and the charming town of La Caleta added to the overall experience. We loved our stay here!
