Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fantastic vacation at the accommodation
We rented the this stylish property the first week of August. We were a total of 8 people, 6 adults and 2 kids. The house has a spacious dining room as well as living room, and the kitchen is large and very well equipped. All bedrooms are of good size and with comfortable beds. The outside area with the large pool is a story of it's own. Beatiful lounge and terraces, and a breath taking view over the ocean. We had a great sunny week, and the house couldn't have been more perfect. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

Perfect Holiday!!
The villa lived up to expectations and more!! There were six adults and two teenagers in our party. Kitchen modern and very well equipped a beautiful spacious lounge, dining area, not forgetting the terrace and of course the large heated swimming pool - a wonderful time was had by all - nobody wanted to leave! The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Perfect Holiday!!

Amazing villa - stunning views!
We (8 persons) spent a week in May in lovely a home away from home. In the mornings we open the curtains and could from bed, see the sun raising up from the see and when we open the window we could feel the sun beams still lying in bed. Absolutely wonderful. The villa is large, and enough for 8 people and we never elt too close to each other. The pool terrace is perfect for dinner breakfast, sun bathing and barbeque party. We are very happy that we found this diamante I Tenerife.
