Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This is a truly impressive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa. Great for a family of 5 with teenagers who like their own space. Everything is clean, fresh and modern which makes for a very pleasurable stay. Both the inside and pool area are perfect. It's in a very desirable location near to the lovely area of La Caleta. We hired a car which made for easy access to other areas of Tenerife. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner was very easy to deal with from the outset and answered all booking questions promptly. We will definitely be booking this villa again.

First time in Tenerife & amazing experience
This was our first time visiting Tenerife, and wow, what an experience! The villa was stunning and so much bigger than I expected. The ocean views from the living room were unreal! The pool was a huge hit with the kids - we spent hours in there every day. Big shoutout to the team for the helpful pre-arrival assistance and the welcome pack, it made everything so much easier! La Caleta is a lovely little spot with great food and bars. We’ll definitely be back!!

Wow, great stay!
We had such a nice time at the property! The location is amazing - so close to the beach and restaurants. The villa itself is beautiful, really spacious, and the decor is just lovely. The highlight for me was definitely the heated pool, which we used every day (even at night!). The staff was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The villa is in a quiet area, so perfect for a relaxing break. Highly recommend!

Best family getaway ever!
We stayed at a home away from home with another family, so 8 of us total, and it was absolutely perfect! The villa had everything - 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (which was great with so many of us), and the pool was awesome. The kids loved it! We spent the days exploring nearby beaches like Playa del Duque and hanging out in the garden. Everything was so easy, and the concierge helped us with airport transfers, so no stress at all. Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Stunning villa!! Amazing location!!!
Wow, this villa was everything we dreamed of and more!! The views are just incredible, and we loved chilling by the heated pool every day. The house is spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, and we had so many laughs grilling on the BBQ. Big thanks to the team for making booking so easy - really appreciated the smooth check-in! Definitely recommend it!
