Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beautiful villa with loads of natural light and relaxing spaces
We travelled as three couples and the house was perfect because nobody felt cramped. The big sliding doors made the living room really airy, and even on days when we stayed in, the place felt cheerful. One morning we tried the golf course nearby while others stayed back and chilled around the heated pool. Later in the week we took the car to La Caleta for dinner and stumbled upon a small seafood spot with tables right by the shore. The jacuzzi became our little ritual at night before heading to bed. We appreciated how clear all the instructions were from the property manager, especially about check-in and tips for getting around Costa Adeje. The whole villa had a comfortable, lived-in feel, not stiff or overly designed.

Great villa for families wanting space and privacy
We spent a week here with two teenagers and appreciated that everyone had their own corner. The kids loved the twin room downstairs since it was close to the pool, while we enjoyed the master suite upstairs with the walk-in wardrobe and long bathtub. Most days started with coffee outside before heading to Playa del Duque, which was only a short drive. Evenings were usually quiet, just grilling something simple or sitting in the jacuzzi watching the sky change colours. The kitchen was easy to use and the utility bits like the parasols and sun loungers made the outside feel like a second living room.

Lovely place for a slow and sunny break
We stayed four nights and the layout worked really well for us. The master bedroom upstairs felt almost like its own little zone with the terrace and big bathroom. We used the barbecue twice and ate outside even when it got breezy because the view was too good to go inside. One afternoon we walked down toward La Caleta and stopped at a random café for sandwiches, nothing fancy but nice. Booking was smooth and we got quick replies whenever we had questions about heating the pool.

Calm spot with great pool views
We stayed as a group of six and loved how easy everything felt in the villa. Mornings by the heated pool were the best, especially with the ocean right in sight.
