Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Loved the space and the quiet surroundings
We spent almost a week in this villa and enjoyed the fact that every corner felt bright and roomy. Breakfasts usually happened on the terrace because the view over La Caleta was too good to ignore. The bedrooms were all generous in size, which made things easier since nobody had to compromise. One afternoon we walked around the nearby golf course paths just to stretch our legs before heading to dinner in the village. Everything felt relaxed and easy to settle into.

Peaceful stay with amazing golf views
We stayed here as a group of ten and were blown away by how open everything felt. The pool area quickly became our favourite spot, especially in the mornings when the light hit the golf course. Really calm atmosphere all around.

Contemplation, elegance and functionality
We had a very pleasant stay in the this villa from Tenerife. House and premisis are align with the advertised facilities. Everything needed for daily life is available and in good order. The vicinity of the house is pleasant and quiet. Facilities needed for everyday life are within easy reach. All in all we had a good time and enjoyed our stay in the villa. If time allows we intend to come again.
