Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Everything about this villa was top-notch - from the high-end finishes to the spacious layout and that incredible pool area. The location is also great, close to beaches and shops but still very private. Big thanks to the agency for making everything so easy, from booking to check-in. An unforgettable experience!

Just perfect

Loved every moment!
The accommodation was the perfect holiday spot for us. The outdoor area was our favorite - plenty of space, a beautiful pool, and a BBQ area where we had dinner almost every night. The house is elegant but also super cozy, and having en-suite bathrooms in almost every room made a big difference. The team also helped us organize a private tour around the island, which was amazing.

Perfect mix of luxury & comfort
Stayed here for a week with my family, and it was fantastic! The villa is huge, very well maintained, and in a great location. The beach is close, shopping is nearby, and the golf course was a hit with my husband. We also appreciated the little details, like the welcome pack and the private transfers. Incredible villa with breathtaking views
We had an amazing stay at this getaway! The views from the terrace were absolutely stunning, and the villa itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The heated pool was a dream, and we loved having a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day at the beach. Everything was spotless, and the concierge service was super helpful with restaurant bookings. Highly recommend!
