The villa features air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout. Upon entering, a welcoming hall leads to a comfortable living room, filled with natural light from large windows. A stylish courtesy toilet is available for guests. The open-plan design ensures seamless connection between the living and dining areas, creating a perfect space for socializing and relaxation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar and modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen, a practical laundry room is furnished with a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron for convenience.
Accommodation includes four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, a double bedroom provides terrace access and an en-suite with bathtub and shower, while a bedroom with single beds (can be joined) also features an en-suite and patio access. Upstairs, the master double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a solarium terrace with panoramic sea views and a Jacuzzi. Another double bedroom with en-suite offers partial sea views, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
