This impressive villa accommodates up to 8 guests and boasts a private heated pool surrounded by a beautifully landscaped lawned garden. The split-level terrace provides both shaded and sun-filled areas, with a covered section complete with table and chairs, and a brick BBQ for alfresco dining. Steps from the pool lead down to the garden, perfect for picnics under the olive trees.
Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area offers comfortable seating, a glass dining table, and patio doors that open onto the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent, with steps down to a second lounge area. The first double bedroom is accessed from the main living area with an adjacent bathroom, while the remaining bedrooms are off the hallway. Two twin bedrooms feature en suite shower rooms, and the second double bedroom includes a large marble en suite bathroom with a bath, double sink, and garden views. All bedrooms have patio doors opening to the pool terrace and garden.
The villa is accessed via a small track off the road from Binibeca centre to Binisafuller, through traditional olive wood gates leading to a private parking area for two cars.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect
I stayed at this villa with some friends for one week....how i wish it had been two. This beautiful building was the perfect location for a week of total relaxation. Fantastic facilites, heated pool, was excellent for relaxing during the day and then having some sundowners in the evening. Thank you so much for a perfect holiday...we will be back.

Just perfect vacation!
Menorca was a real discovery - what a beautiful island! Lovely weather and Binibeca Vell is a delightful village with an enchanting cove and charming architecture, where everything was handily available, and there was an excellent choice of restaurants. This stylish property was equally gorgeous. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Peaceful, with lovely views from all sides of the home. Very nice gardens. Secluded yet within walking distance to amenities. An utterly relaxing week, which just was not enough. Next year has to be a fortnight!

Idyllic Getaway
This stylish property is an idyllic getaway. We were charmed by the furnishings and the lovely views over the countryside to the sea. The private pool and lawned garden added to the appeal, and we enjoyed many sunny afternoons by the pool. The open-plan design made the home welcoming, and the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. The bedrooms, each with its en suite, were comfortable and well-decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday spot!

Elegance and Comfort
Our stay at this elegant home was all about elegance and comfort. The furnishings were of the highest standard, and the views were breathtaking. We loved the privacy of the split-level terrace, and the upper terrace with the brick BBQ was fantastic for alfresco dining. The lower terrace surrounding the pool was spacious and sunny. A Relaxing Retreat
This stylish property provided the perfect retreat for our family. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is stunning. We were only a 5-minute drive away from the charming shops and restaurants of Binibeca Vell and some incredible beaches. The high-quality furnishings and views over the countryside towards the sea were truly outstanding. The heated pool and the spacious terrace made our stay exceptional. Plus, the lawned garden was perfect for a picnic under the olive trees. A great escape!
