Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Beautiful villa in a Beautiful Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay in this stylish property in June/July. The home is gorgeous, really well-equipped, decorated, and thoughtfully planned. The pool area is perfect and, weather permitting, you can have sun or shade all day long. The layout of the property gives you cool bedrooms, amazing sea views, and the chance to watch the boats go by. I highly recommend this home!!

This elegant home provided a tranquil escape with its stunning sea views. The open-plan living and dining area was inviting and well-equipped. The pool terrace and garden were our go-to spots. Scenic Seaside Serenity
This seaside retreat offered us scenic seaside serenity. The splendid sea views from the spacious lawn were truly wonderful. The private pool in the well-tended grounds was a highlight. We loved dining outdoors with those breathtaking views. Being a short drive from Binibeca and Punta Prima added to the convenience. The WiFi and air conditioning in all bedrooms were much appreciated.
