The spacious kitchen includes a central island and modern appliances, such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and American fridge-freezer. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and outdoor drying rack adds convenience. Ground floor accommodation includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom designed for accessibility, and another double bedroom suitable as a service area, also with en-suite. A guest toilet completes this level.
The first floor hosts four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Two suites feature ocean views and solarium terrace access, while the other two overlook the nature reserve and also provide solarium access. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
At this charming accommodation, we were treated to spectacular vistas of the sea and the island's natural reserve. The six double en-suite bedrooms and spacious living areas offered every comfort we could wish for. The solarium terrace with 360º views was simply breathtaking. The villa's outdoor spaces, including the pool and lush meadow, created a dreamy atmosphere for our holiday.
