Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Binibeca is a lovely quiet resort with a beautiful beach. The accommodation was very spacious fabulous outdoor area large pool, outdoor lounge area and dining areas. Very modern and well laid out in a great location. We have just got back from a fantastic week in menorca. The villa is stunning as are the views. Everything that you would need is available. The pool is lovely and the living area nice and spacious. We loved the shaded outdoor lounge area too when the sun got too hot for us. Binibecca is very quiet but that's why we chose it. The nearest beach is perfect for familys in my opinion. It's beautiful and secluded so those with children don't have to worry about the running off too far. There is a supermarket near by and a slightly larger one further on that will deliver larger shops. Restaurants are scattered but a good choice to suit everyone. Highly recommend Sa Cova which is about a 10/15 minute walk from the villa for something a bit special.

A great holiday and so easy!
Spacious villa, private with a nice outlook. Binibeca is a quiet village with a few shops and restaurants. We loved the location of the villa it is near the beach and close to good restaurants. We loved the style of the villa with the doors opening on to the pool which was of very good size. We also very much enjoyed the table tennis, pool table and football table. Six of us stayed in the villa and having three bathrooms was a great benefit. We also liked the rural aspect of the villa and it was good to sit out for meals and overlook the countryside. We hope to stay at the villa next year.

Lovely villa
Lovely villa in a good location as we enjoy a pleasant walk before dinner. The villa is modern and spacious and even though there were a few things broken or not working this was rectified very quickly by the amazing Glynis. Binibeca is a gorgeous fishing village and your always welcomed back my the restaurant owners as if your a VIP. See you again next year.
