Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This elegant home was exactly what we were looking for-quiet, comfortable, and close to the beach. The beamed ceilings and traditional style gave it so much character, and the modern amenities like air conditioning and WiFi made it even better. The pool was amazing, and we loved having breakfast outside every morning with that view. The concierge team was very helpful, arranging a private chef for us one evening, which was a highlight of our trip. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect family retreat
This villa was perfect for our family holiday. It had everything we needed-comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and a fantastic outdoor space. The pool was a great size, and the shaded dining area was perfect for our long lunches. The property was spotless on arrival, and the agency was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We particularly loved visiting Binibeca Vell, which is so picturesque. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful villa with amazing sea views
We had such a fantastic stay at this charming accommodation! The views from the pool and terrace were absolutely stunning, and we spent most of our days just relaxing outside. The home itself is spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a lovely traditional feel. We especially enjoyed the BBQ area for evening meals. The location is great-Binibeca is a charming and peaceful area, and the beach is just a short drive away. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Great experience
The hosts of the villa are truly fantastic. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and it was very easy to communicate with them prior to our stay. During our stay. Great location and views from the pool area. We enjoyed to much getting to know them. Needless to say, we are coming back, and we have already booked our two week holiday for next year. Can't wait!

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location
This elegant home was better than we hoped for-the layout of the rooms, which are all spacious, suited us perfectly. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area gave us a great space to spend time together, with fantastic views and all the facilities we needed. A free welcome pack and free airport transfer were provided. We would love to visit again and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Just perfect!
Spacious, excellent pool, great facilities - dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer - fully equipped. Lots of different outdoor spaces and used pool table and table tennis too. Great location near restaurants, shops and beach. Had a great Holiday the villa was better than the Photos and the rep was very helpful will definatly book again with you and recommend to friends.
