Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Unfortunately for us our plane had been delayed by an hour, anyway the airport transfer was processed without any problems because they understood the plain delay. The villa was outstanding. There was bread, butter, meats, beer and wine in the fridge for us to use. The villa was very clean and tidy, could not fault it at all. Friends have already seen our pictures and are now also considering visiting the villa. Highly recommend!

Wow, what can I say. This property is just absolutely fantastic. The service from start to finish from staff was perfect. Was always at the end of the phone when we had questions. They helped us organise transfers to and from airport. The property itself you just cannot fault at all. The property literally has everything. There was 12 of us in total including 3 kids and there was more than enough space. Thank you guys we will defininately be back.

very good location and very good standard
We stayed nine days in December/January, There is a heated swimming pool. Villa is very well equipped. The staff is very helpful and generous, on our arrival a welcome food and drinks was available. We hope to come back soon in the summer.
