Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This was our first time in Menorca, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The villa had a homely feel, and the shaded garden was a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. We especially loved the outdoor terrace for dinners under the stars. Everything was well-organized, from booking to check-out, and the team was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Would definitely book again!

Great villa in a fantastic location
This charming property was a great find! It has that cozy, cottage feel but with plenty of space. The pool area was lovely, and we spent a lot of time outside. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we slept so well with the fresh sea breeze. Having the beach, shops, and restaurants within walking distance made everything easy. Big thanks to this travel agency for arranging our airport transfer-it made our arrival stress-free!

Perfect family holiday
We stayed here as a family of five, and the villa was just right. The pool was spotless and well-maintained, and our kids loved playing on the lawn. The beach was only a few minutes away, and we loved exploring Binibeca Vell in the evenings. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and very clean. Booking was smooth, and we appreciated the welcome pack with snacks and drinks. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful retreat with amazing views
We had such a relaxing stay at this charming accommodation! The location was perfect-just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We spent most mornings having coffee on the terrace, enjoying the sea views. The home had everything we needed, and the garden was great for finding shady spots to relax. This travel agency was super helpful, making check-in easy and even giving us great restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back!

A great villa in a lovely position
I would highly recommend this lovely villa. It has twice weekly servicing, with change of towels and linen. The hospitality and generosity of Alba, the property manager was amazing. We had fresh eggs, olive oil, honey, fruit, olives and many other things supplied regularly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is very quiet so don't expect a rowdy nightlife!

Excellent villa for the whole family
We had a fantastic stay at this stylish property in July. The quality of the home and facilities made for an excellent big family holiday. The hosts did everything necessary to ensure we had everything we needed, from simple provisions to a tour of the local area showing us where the tavernas, supermarket, and beach were located. It was reassuring to know they were on hand should we need anything. I would certainly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic villa!
Well what can I say but this villa is truly fantastic. The pictures really do not show how fantastic it is. It has everything you could wish for. Very well equipped, great pool. When leaving the villa we had no worries at all about the security of the villa as it has a brilliant alarm system and very secure. Will definitely love to stay here again.
