Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beautiful villa in a superb location, very close to the sea. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious and modern bathrooms, can easily sleep 6 comfortably. Lovely sea views!

Great villa!
Thank you, Alba, for your hospitality. My wife, our two boys (10 and 12) and I felt more than welcome in your villa. We loved the view, loved the property and enjoyed the wonderful beaches and gorges around. It's so quiet and peaceful area. Your tips were excellent, we've had so many nice meals in lovely taverna's! We would love to come back and explore the west part of the island.

Our family loved every minute
This holiday home is relaxing and spacious for six people. The host was delightful and did everything possible to make our stay perfect including a guided tour to show us the local shops and tavernas-they even brought us a cake and some home-made wine to celebrate Easter Day. The place is a lovely location for a relaxing family holiday, with good access to the main road.

Fabulous in every way
We've visited Menorca many times before but loved this villa. Not too far from anywhere. All points of interest are at walking distance with great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would be going back next year if it wasn't already booked for August : (
