Sleeping arrangements include a double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a separate shower room on the first floor. On the lower floor, there are two twin bedrooms sharing an adjacent shower room and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The double bedroom and the adjacent twin bedroom both have patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.
Outside, the villa's private pool and surrounding terrace provide plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. The brick BBQ is located to one side of the terrace, with a shaded table and chairs ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the warm Menorcan sun. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This stylish property was everything we hoped for and more. The outdoor space is fantastic, with a big pool, sunbathing areas, and a BBQ that we used almost every night. The home itself is bright and airy, with a partial sea view from the terrace. It’s in a quiet area but still close to the village and beach, so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The concierge service was excellent-they arranged a boat trip for us, which was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Spacious and comfortable with a lovely pool
This villa was perfect for our group of 10. The layout worked really well, with bedrooms on different levels giving everyone their own space. The pool area was a highlight-plenty of sun loungers, a great BBQ, and a lovely shaded area for dining. We didn't rent a car as everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, shops, and some fantastic restaurants. The villa was spotless when we arrived, and the team checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful holiday!

Great villa for a family holiday
We had a fantastic stay at this spacious villa! The location is perfect-just a short walk to the beautiful Binibeca beach and the charming village with its restaurants and shops. The home itself is clean and well-equipped. We especially loved having two living areas, which gave our group plenty of space to relax. The pool was great for cooling off, and the shaded terrace was perfect for long lunches. The property management team was really helpful, providing great local recommendations. Would definitely come back!

Excellent
The villa is spacious and there is AC in the villa. The outdoor kitchen is brilliant and we spent many a night here eating and drinking. The professional BBQ is excellent and we made full use of this an cooked most nights. Pool area is excellent, plenty of sun loungers and chairs to sit in the shade if it gets too hot.It very good holiday location and would not hesitate to visit again.

I've stayed in this wonderful villa twice- is the best place ever stayed! Charismatic house, amazing location. You can feel there like at home. Everything you need- you can fin at the villa.
