Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Perfect Spanish Getaway
Our stay at this retreat was perfect. The villa's central location in Binibeca Vell is unbeatable. We were a large group and found the spacious property ideal. The pool, hot tub, and barbecue were highlights, and the games room provided hours of fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. It's a fantastic choice for a holiday in Menorca.
Stayed for a girls holiday and cannot believe how quickly it went. We were all speechless when we arrived, the villa is truly breath taking, its location is perfect, close to the local shop and restaurant. Every detail is thought about at this villa, we weren't in need of anything during our stay. Everything at this villa is luxury from the towels and linen to the cutlery and cups!! Any advice or assistance we needed was just a phone call away and we really appreciated it. The whole place lights up in the evening automatically so no need to walk around fiddling with lights. An incredible stay and would recommend as a friends holiday or family with children! There were 14 of us and we were more than comfortable and not on top of each other at all. Cant wait to go back next year!!

Fantastic week away!
We recently spent a week at this first class villa! We were a party of 10 with 4 teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the well equipped games area & the large pool. The kitchen is very well equipped we all particularly loved the chilled water dispenser!!! The villa is spotless thanks to the lovely lady that visited us daily. We should also mention the great bbq area which is set slight away from the house but is fully equipped we spent two lovely evening there cooking meat bought at the local butchers! We also took advantage of a day trip on the beautiful boat hired. It was a truly memorable day for all the family! We would definitely recommend this villa & Menorca is beautiful! Thank you!
