Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Great villa for families or groups wanting comfort and privacy
We were eight people and the villa handled everyone comfortably with its four bedrooms and four bathrooms. No queues, no stress, and lots of places to spread out, including the garden and long terrace. The kids loved the pool so much that we sometimes skipped the beach, though Meloneras is super close and easy to reach. Some evenings we walked to the shopping center for dinner, other nights we cooked in since the kitchen was properly equipped. One morning we visited the Maspalomas Dunes and ended up staying longer than planned because the views were incredible. The WiFi worked fine for those of us who needed to check work stuff. Overall, a really smooth holiday and the house made everything simple.

Perfect base for a relaxed Gran Canaria break
Came here with friends to unwind and it worked out better than expected. The villa felt really open, with big windows and plenty of sunshine. The kitchen had everything, so we cooked breakfast most days before heading out to explore the dunes or wander around the Meloneras area. Two of us played a round at the golf course nearby and said the views were amazing. The rest of us chilled by the private pool and used the hot tub in the evenings. We also appreciated the garage since parking can get annoying in busy areas. Quiet at night, close to beaches during the day - really balanced stay.

Lovely villa near everything we needed
Our group of six spent a week here and the house fit us perfectly. Bedrooms were roomy and each having its own bathroom made mornings smooth. We walked down to Playa de las Mujeres one day and it wasn’t crowded at all. Evenings were usually by the pool or sitting on the terrace watching the area light up. Bonus points for the welcome pack - super handy after the flight. Would definitely stay again.

Chilled spot with great views
We stayed here as two couples with kids and honestly loved how easy everything felt. The place had so much light and space, and the pool was where we spent most afternoons. Being close to Meloneras Beach helped a lot, just a quick ride and we were on the sand. Really comfy stay overall.
