Located close to Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau, this villa comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests. The fenced garden with the private 9m x 4.5m chlorine pool is a favorite spot for visitors. Pool depth ranges from 1.1m to 1.8m, with a spacious terrace surrounded by 10 sun loungers. Children will love playing in the garden, and the barbecue area makes outdoor cooking a delight. Multiple terraces provide perfect spots for al fresco dining while enjoying Mallorca's sunny weather. On the first floor, a porch with sofas and a table for 10 offers another charming outdoor retreat.
The property spans 320m² over two floors and is completely fenced, ensuring privacy with no direct neighbors. On the ground floor, a cozy living room with satellite TV is perfect for relaxing. Two bedrooms-one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds-share a shower bathroom.
Upstairs, a bright sitting-dining room with sofas, satellite TV, and a dining table for six provides a comfortable space for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, all necessary utensils, and a dishwasher. A laundry area offers a washer, iron, and ironing board. Three bedrooms are located on this floor: two with twin beds and one with a double bed, each with an en-suite bathroom. A separate toilet is also available. If needed, additional beds, cots, and high chairs can be provided. The first floor is accessible only from the outside.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
I can't recommend this villa more. Absolutely wonderful time without any complaints. It was honestly a superb experience and I would have booked again in September if the villa was free

Great place to stay
We have stayed at this villa in May. It is fantastic....not only because of the standard, but because there is a really good back up with the owner living in the area. There is a welcome from him on arrival and a tour around the property. The property is very well maintained, accurate description, extremely clean. Couldn't ask for better. We would recommend this villa. 5 star.

Fabulous villa and area
Fantastic villa. We had an amazing holiday, would definitely visit again. Very spacious and immaculate villa. Everything you could need. Peaceful location with some lovely views. The pool was the highlight, kids were hardly out of it.
