A selection of shops and restaurants, as well as a couple of excellent beaches, can be reached on foot. Guests may also explore the center of Cala D'or, the marina, or other nearby beaches by car or tourist train. This impressive 4-bedroom home features a unique design, a spacious private pool, and a lawned garden.
The highlight of this property is undoubtedly its magnificent garden and swimming pool. The house is surrounded on all sides by a large lawn with panoramic sea views. Facing the water are two covered dining areas and a brick BBQ with built-in seating by the poolside. A rooftop terrace provides the perfect vantage point to admire the coastline in both directions.
At the front of the property is a private parking area for one car, with additional parking available on the street. Two palm trees frame the entrance, leading to the open lawn. A pathway and a few steps lead up to the main entrance, opening onto an internal central courtyard with arches on all sides, providing access to all parts of the house. The open-plan lounge and dining area feature large patio doors framing the sea, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and has direct access to the side terrace, leading to the alfresco eating area and pool.
Off the lounge is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the rear terrace with sea views. The remaining bedrooms are accessed directly from the courtyard. There are two twin bedrooms with patio doors to the side terrace, sharing a separate shower room. The final twin bedroom includes a dressing area, an en-suite shower, a large one-way mirror window overlooking the pool, and a WC.
Cala D'or features seven sandy coves, including Es Forti and Cala Ferrera, each with small yet perfectly formed beaches. Guests can explore multiple coves to find their favorite. Windsurfing, diving, and snorkeling are available, and after a day at the beach, outdoor showers allow guests to rinse off before enjoying refreshments at nearby beach bars.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Spent a week here with friends and the layout worked really well for us. The courtyard in the middle gave everyone privacy, and the bedrooms opening onto the terraces made mornings easy. We tried a few beaches around Cala d’Or but kept coming back to Cala Serena because it was so close and calm. The rooftop terrace became our sunset spot every evening, great view both ways along the coast. Kitchen had everything we needed so we cooked more than expected.

Great villa for a chilled family week
We had a lovely stay with our kids and my sister’s family. The garden felt huge and the pool was used nonstop. Evenings were our favourite-grilling by the brick BBQ while the little ones played on the lawn. We also walked to a small restaurant nearby one night and it was perfect after a beach day.

Peaceful spot with amazing views
We stayed here with our group of eight and honestly the sea views were the best part. Loved having breakfast outside every morning and the short walk to Cala Serena was super handy.

Fantastic villa!!
Fantastic villa. Wide views over the sea made for a very relaxing holiday. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The views make this villa so good. We had a great holiday with all our kids and baby, overall very good, lovely villa in beautiful location, would go back without hesitation.

Amazing Holiday!
This villa has been designed to maximise the fabulous 180 degree seascapes. It could work just as well as a romantic getaway for two or family retreat for eight. The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The area was very quiet, but within reasonable walking distance to the town centre and its lovely restaurants and bars. The pool area got the sun from dawn to dusk and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the shade and the cool sea breeze. Perfect!
