Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Fantastic family holiday
We stayed here with our family of 8, and it was perfect. The villa is spacious, so we never felt crowded, and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we enjoyed BBQ nights on the terrace. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. Can’t wait to return!

Stylish and comfortable retreat
The villa is a dream! The interiors are stylish yet super cozy, and the bedrooms are really comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces-the pool area was great, and the upper terrace was the perfect spot for evening drinks. The location in Cala d’Or is fantastic, close to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely be back!

Amazing villa in a perfect location!
We had the most wonderful stay at this cozy place! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a highlight-perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. Loved having breakfast on the terrace with those gorgeous sea views. Highly recommend!
