Sunbathers can relax on the terrace or around the pool, while a brick BBQ allows for authentic Spanish tapas evenings.
Security and privacy are ensured with electric gates and an entry-phone system leading to the private parking area. The main entrance opens to the front of the house by the pool. Inside, the lounge and dining area are combined in an open plan layout with comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

What a stunning villa!
I am very impressed with the quality and high standard. The housekeeper had perfectly timed our arrival with a champagne reception for my friend's 33th birthday. The pool, manicured garden and attention to detail made our trip one we will always remember. Close to local shops, supermarkets and the port I would definitely stay again. Exceptional value for money. Would I book again...absolutely!

You don't need to look any further, this property ticks all the boxes. This property inside and out was big enough for all, the outside space, a great pool was the best bit. We planned to go out more but with the villa being so good and children enjoying the pool we only went out a couple of occasions on our 8 night stay. We're already in talks to stay again. Thank you for the memories we all have.
