Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an amazing time at the villa. The facilities were great and the host were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The villa was very nice and perfect for a holiday with the family and kids. Short distance to the beach and grocery store. We will definitely come back.

Very nice House with everything you need, enough place for everyone. Just 2min walk to the beach, near to the supermarket and restaurants. The owner very helpful and fast replying to the messages. We had an amazing time there. It didn't disappointed us, I recommend 100%.

We had such a gorgeous stay at this Villa. With 3 little ones, the layout of the villa made it feel like home from home. Everything being based on the ground floor meant the kids were able to chill when the sun was too hot whilst the adults could still catch some rays. The flat on the top floor was a real treat and something we didn’t know was there whilst booking. Perfect for the Grandparents. Location was great but be prepared to do some walking, lovely beach 2 minute walk away and then a second beach another further 4/5 mins away and then a beach every 5 minutes on from there. Perfect for the beach day. Lovely restaurant at the top of the road & great kid zones for evening entertainment. Thank you, we will defo be back!!!

Highly recommended! We will definitely return.
The house is located right next to beautiful cala Serena. The beach is easily reachable and grocery store is also nearby. The house is huge, having a completely separated flat area if someone would need more privacy when you arrive with a bigger group (6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms all together). The owner allowed us a bit earlier check in which was very convenient, thank you for the flexibility! Super responsive host as well.

Modern, beautiful villa, in a quiet location
Perfect for families with small children. Modern clean well equipped kitchen, which made it a joy to cook, even on holiday!. Situated in a quiet location, and close to a sandy beach. This is a luxury home. The communication with the owner was excellent , and the one and only small problem we had was quickly sorted. There are local food shops nearby, but for a big shop, the supermarket Eroski is a short drive away. Hope to come back soon!!

Fantastic villa in a great area, we had a lovely holiday
The villa is was kept to a very high standard by Carmen, the owner. It had all the facilities that we could possibly need for our mixed age family and friends group. Carmen looked after us very well during the whole process, and replied to any questions very quickly.
The location is lovely, just to the quiet side of Cala d'Or, with one beach just a couple of minutes' walk away. We made several trips to local waterparks and markets, as well as finding some great restaurants a little off the beaten track.
