Offering superb views over Porto Petro Marina, this property includes a generously sized private swimming pool and a well-appointed interior. Situated in the chic residential area of Cala Egos, it is conveniently close to the center of Cala D'or. The local beach and amenities are easily accessible on foot or by car. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious sun terrace and large pool area, while the covered terrace provides a shaded dining space with views of the marina through the trees. A brick BBQ is positioned to one side of the pool, ideal for alfresco dining in traditional Spanish style.
This property features two separate entrances: one leads to the private parking area, and the other is a pedestrian entrance through the front garden, opening to the grand villa entrance. Both entrances are gated from the street. The entrance courtyard impresses with high columns and an attractive fountain. The stylish open-plan lounge and dining area opens via patio doors onto the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. The fully equipped kitchen and utility room are adjacent, with direct access to the garden. A WC completes the ground floor living space.
A central staircase leads to a gallery landing and second lounge area. Patio doors from this level open onto the first-floor terrace, offering views over the marina.
Accommodation details include a ground floor double bedroom and twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, with the twin bedroom opening onto the terrace. Upstairs, there is a second double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a connecting bathroom, and an additional twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. The twin bedroom at the front of the property has a small private balcony, while the second twin shares the larger terrace with the first-floor lounge, which also has a smaller side-facing terrace.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stayed as a group of ten and never felt crowded thanks to all the terraces and chill-out corners. The pool was big enough for everyone, and we loved the fact that one of the twin rooms opened right onto the terrace so the early risers could sneak out quietly. We booked a day trip to Mondragó Park through the agency and it turned out to be a highlight, especially the coastal path. Evenings were spent on the upper terrace watching the marina lights through the trees, and the walk to Cala Egos Beach took us barely ten minutes. A great mix of comfort, privacy, and location - exactly what we hoped for.

Super comfortable villa for a big family trip
We spent a full week here with our kids and my parents, and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space. The upstairs lounge became the teenagers’ hangout while the rest of us relaxed by the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, so breakfasts were easy. The shaded terrace was perfect for lunch breaks away from the sun.

Seaside Serenity in Cala Egos
Our family vacation at This seaside retreatria was a dream come true. The proximity to the beach and the marina views made it a serene retreat. The spacious interior, especially the second lounge area, provided ample space for relaxation. The private pool and alfresco dining with a view of Porto Petro Marina were highlights. Just about perfect
A high quality villa located in an upmarket area. The villa has a great layout and fantastic outdoor space the pool. The location is ideal as it allows you to be within easy reach of the busy areas whilst providing a secluded retreat for relaxing. Amazing views!!

Wonderful villa. Our family of 8 had a fantastic time, everything you could hope for. Candelaria is a very beautiful, well kept and nice styled villa with all comforts.
