The well-equipped kitchen features a ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, fridge/freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals with ease.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beautiful base for exploring the Cala d’Or coastline
Our group of eight stayed for a birthday week and we used the villa as a base for exploring different beaches around the area. We really appreciated how much outdoor space there was because everyone could drift into their own corner when they wanted a quiet moment. The living room opened right onto the terrace, so we’d often leave the doors wide open while having breakfast. One day we booked a private boat from the marina and spent hours swimming near small coves. The agency handled the booking for us, plus they left a welcome pack with water and coffee which was a nice touch. Evenings usually ended with a drink on the terrace watching the pool lights.

Perfect for families wanting space and calm
We spent a full week here with two families, and honestly the setup couldn’t have been more convenient. The kids loved the big pool, especially in the evenings when the water was warm from the sun. Adults tended to hang out on the upper terraces because the views were lovely and much quieter. The kitchen was easy to use and we cooked several meals, but we also walked into the marina area a few times for dinner. Beds were comfortable, showers worked well, and the whole place felt clean and airy. The agency arranged an early luggage drop which really helped after our morning flight.

Relaxing spot with great outdoor space
We came with a group of friends and split our days between the pool and little trips into Cala d’Or Marina. The villa felt bright and modern without being over the top, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was incredibly practical. One night we grilled outside and watched the sky go pink over the hills. The agency sent us some restaurant tips beforehand and a couple of them turned out to be really nice, especially one near Cala Gran where we went twice.

Fantastic week in Cala d’Or
We stayed as a family of eight and really enjoyed how easy everything felt here. Most mornings started on the terrace with that quiet sea breeze, then we’d head to one of the coves nearby. Evenings were usually by the pool. The house was simple to move around in and the AC made nights comfortable.
