Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had ten people in our group and never felt crowded thanks to all the outdoor areas. Mornings usually started with coffee on the terrace, then the kids would run between the garden and the pool while a few of us tried a quick tennis match. Great villa for an active holiday
Our group of ten used the tennis court almost every morning before it got too hot, which was a nice bonus. The house had plenty of room indoors, but we ended up spending most of our time outside by the pool or sitting under the covered terrace. The en-suite room on the ground floor was perfect for my parents. One night we grilled on the barbecue and stayed out until late just talking. Super comfortable base for a week away.

Loved the space and the pool slide
We stayed as a mixed family group and really liked how much outdoor space there was. The kids spent hours on the pool slide while the rest of us used the terrace for long breakfasts. The villa felt bright and open, and having a couple of restaurants in Cala Ferrera close enough to walk to made evenings pretty easy.
