Additional bedrooms include twin and French bed configurations, all offering comfort and easy access to the garden and shared bathrooms. Three bathrooms are available in total, providing convenience for all guests.
Outdoors, the villa boasts a 130 m² terrace-partially roofed-for dining and relaxation, complemented by deck chairs and a barbecue. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our stay at the place was a perfect blend of contemporary comfort and stunning views. The modern furnishings, open kitchen, and spacious living/dining room provided a welcoming atmosphere. The lower ground floor with garden access was a delightful surprise. The angular swimming pool and large terrace offered a fantastic space to unwind. A superb choice for a modern and stylish retreat!

Villa was as advertised and as we wanted, an enjoyable family holiday for 10 of us. Absolutely fabulous villa with fantastic surroundings for a big group of people. Amazing views, modern furniture, good WiFi, amazing place!!

Fabulous luxury villa near Moraira
A group of 10 friends stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. We were met by the lovely Adrian who directed us around the local roadworks and showed us the villa and was very helpful. The location was great, being only a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. And the villa itself was superb, with plenty of room for everyone and a fantastic garden/pool area which is where we spent almost all of our time when we were in the villa. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was in working order. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone spending some time in Moraira area.

Beautiful villa
Our villa was absolutely beautiful! The local service company was very responsive. Views are spectacular, the open air space, contemporary design and all was great! A few issues with hot water, air conditioning, and locks on a few doors. Other than that - fantastic villa and location! Truly, the panoramic views were amazing!
