Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our experience at this retreat was an elevated luxury in Moraira. The private pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and a glass screen, provided a scenic retreat. The open-plan living area with high-quality furnishings and a feature log burner created a cozy atmosphere. The chic design, along with the contemporary kitchen, made our stay both comfortable and stylish.

Excellent villa in great location
The villa is 5 star with everything for an enjoyable holiday. It is ideally located with shops, restaurants and beach all within a few minutes walk. The villa is situated in a quiet secure and private setting with lots of space both inside and outside and is ideal for a family vacation. Excellent back-up support from the local team. Best holiday villa so far - we'll stay here on our next trip!

Paradise House in perfect location!
We just loved the house. For us, as being a family holiday the house was just perfect. It looks much better than the pictures, it was extremely clean and comfy. The kitchen was complety equiped with all you could need in a vacantion. The bedrooms are generous and lovely decorated ( just like the rest of the house). The location is spectacular, nearby-restaurants, bars, market, clubs and shopping mall at walking distance. You can't even compare this experience with staying at a hotel. I totally recommend it!
