The dining area seats six and flows directly onto the terraces. A second living area with a sofa bed and a small dining table provides additional space for relaxation or informal dining. The modern kitchen includes traditional Spanish decorative tiles, ample facilities, and a breakfast bar for casual meals.
Accommodation comprises six bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature double beds, two have twin beds, and an annexe includes a double sofa bed for added privacy. A family bathroom with both bathtub and shower ensures comfort for all guests. All bedrooms are well-furnished, bright, and include air conditioning where specified.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Our family had the best time at this holiday spot. It was our first time in Moraira, and the villa exceeded our expectations. The outdoor space was huge, and the pool was perfect for the kids. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and everyone had their own space. We made use of the barbecue area and enjoyed a few nights of al fresco dining. The agency was great in making sure we had everything we needed, including setting up airport transfers and recommending great local spots. I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful retreat
This luxury retreat was the perfect place for our group of 10. The garden and pool area were perfect for outdoor gatherings, and the terrace made meals outside an absolute joy. The villa itself is really cozy, with a traditional feel yet modern comfort. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Moraira.

Perfect villa for a large group!
We stayed here with our extended family and had an amazing time. The villa is spacious, and the views are absolutely stunning! The pool area was fantastic, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing outside. Big thanks to the agency for making everything so easy, the service was great!
